I still think of ya often Dan and say a prayer for you when I do. I´m hoping you´re resting in peace. Being a part of the band of Titans contain some of my best memories. You never judged a person on here say ... you made us all comfortable to be in the crowd when you were around. It was as though you cast a safety net of friendship to all that were around. Still miss ya bud ...

As I probably conveyed before, my Colorado Trial Lawyers Care t-shirt, with Dan's Team proudly displayed on the back, is a continual reminder of the how Dan handled adversity with an open heart, courage and a keen mind. I think of Dan often when communicating with another dear friend who has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. Love to Susan and family. Larry

The kid who jumped out of bed and ran across the street into St Pats with a few minutes ... .. playing saxophone (which bored him) ... debating (which he loved)...football (a must)...
Dan seemed always to be near or at the center of things . His personality was an umbrella - seemed to include all (even farm boys). Have only positive and happy memories about Dan Patterson. Les Trinity '70

I always remembered Dan,"Fuzzy" for his wit, good humor and kindness. Although I did not know him as well as I knew Tom, Dan always had a warm presence and was easy to discours with, about anything. He's up there. God bless his family and friends. Peace out, Harpo

A lot of good times happened at the Patterson house on 3rd Ave. What a courageous battle he fought. I was lucky enough
to have visited with Dan at his 40 reunion. He will be missed.

Chuck and I send our deepest condolences to Susan and Catherine and Julia on the loss of your magnificent husband and father. He was a treasure and gift in our lives when we were blessed to meet him in your home as he taught us to meditate, and shared some of the pure unfiltered joy and love that radiated from within that most special man. I think about him all of the time with love and gratitude. He will be missed, and adored forever. Our hearts go out to you all.

The Peabody family is privileged to have known Dan for more than 20 years. Our children have many memories of a joking, fun loving guy. We all loved the engaging Dan who always, even in illness, set an example of how to live. We'll miss him greatly.

I feel blessed to have been one of Dan's fellow meditation buddies. He spread such warm and nicely grounded energy. I loved his smile and humor and his generous big heart. He was truly inspiring and I'm deeply touched by how he skillfully lived life even in the face of great adversity. I will miss him.

Dan represented me in my fight for justice against an insurance company. I never met a man so passionate about the fight for the little man and was lucky to have him as my attorney. He was an inspiration. God Bless! My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

We are so sorry for the loss of your husband/dad. We knew your dad from way back when we all lived and grew up in the small town of Dickinson. And back then he always had an awesome smile and a great laugh. My husband, Doug, got together with Dan and all of the friends from Trinity about five years ago in Denver and Doug couldn't say enough good things about Dan, and all of the friends getting together one last time. We were all blessed in our lives to have Dan in our lives. Again, we are so sorry for your loss and as my husband Doug says "God's will; nothing more, nothing less, nothing else". Sometimes that is so hard to understand but God's time is perfect and God will be watching over all of you. Dan Patterson was an absolute joy to work for. Throughout his battle, he was always upbeat and positive. It was an honor to know him and he will certainly be missed and always in my thoughts. My condolences to his family.

I was completely honored to have spent many hours with Dan in the Infusion Center as he received countless blood and platelet transfusions. Dan never complained about the amount of time this took or the amount of pain he was in. Instead, he kept us entertained with his infectious laugh and many stories. He taught me many lessons about how to face Cancer realistically, bravely, and graciously. He was forever grateful for the time and effort I spend in raising funds for LLS, and a constant supporter of all my new and crazy adventures. Thank you, Dan. We will all miss you!!

Anyone who met or knew Dan, was immediately aware of his keen intelligence. From the simplest of conversations to the complex life-changing, in-depth conversations ... he had a way of making you, whether you wanted to or not, ... think.
He also made you feel like a friend, whether by kind word, a hand-shake, a hug, a smile ... or even the kidding put-down :)
It was plain to see he loved deeply his family and friends.
He will be missed ... may he find peace in the glory of God.
