Sergeant Killough
I will never forget you and i am sorry i wasn't there to say goodbye.
My fondest memory was when you were my sergeant in the Traffic Bureau and you realised i sucked drawing traffic diagrams. So rather then send me back to patrol you sent me to a Level1 Accident reconstruction school to become better. I never fully thanked you for that.... Your at peace now SGT Killough. It was my honour to know you

Please accept my sincere condolences dear family and friends. May prayers strengthen you and memories comfort you. And may you find hope and comfort in God our Father, who loves us, comfort your hearts and "make you firm". (2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17).

I was shocked to hear of Rick's untimely and sudden passing. We were fellow classmates of DPD 79-2. His uniqueness made him a standout amongst us. Requiesce in pace brother.

I will never forget how gracious and welcoming Sergeant Killough was to me the many times I visited his officers. He has been missed by those who were lucky enough to work with him. Now, he will be missed in general as his loved ones experience this loss.
