Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this hard time in your life. Kim and I worked with Keith at Boart Longyear for many years and he will always have a special place in our heart as we think of him and the great sense of humor he shared, the courage he showed as he overcame the many challenges in his life, the love he had for his family and the special times he had with his children who are the light of his life...whether it was doing their laundry late at night, stopping at 7-11 for a treat, shopping at Walmart, watching Scooby Doo every night, coaching soccer, or sharing how proud he was of his children. He was a wonderful, caring person with a heart of gold... giving service to others whether it was convenient for him or not, and sharing his smile along the way.
Keith brought a 'smile' to world in a special way... that only Keith knew how to do. He will not be forgotten soon... by everyone who knew and loved him.
Josh, Ashley, Austin, Abbie, and Anthony... take time to write down the things you enjoyed doing with your dad and the memories that you have of him. In a few years you will be glad that you did and it will help you to feel better as you think of the good times you had together. He was very proud of you and loved each of you more than words can ever say... wanting only the best for you in all areas of your life.
May God bless all of your family with comfort... as you let the help of others into your life... whether it be a listening ear, or a meal, or help with homework, advice when you need it, or whatever your needs may be. It will help you to feel better and others too.
Keith was a great support in our lives when we lost our son in a RV accident by always having a smile to share and looking for the positive side of life... and now we are sharing that with you that you may help each other out and look for the bright spots in life and cherish the good times that you had together... and make new memories together as the years go by.
If Keith could talk to you... he would want you to go onward and be happy in life. Develop your talents and abilities to help you be the best you can be!
