Adam Richard Nelsen

Polk City - Adam Richard Nelsen, 38, passed away on August 16, 2018. Services will be held at Lutheran Church of Hope, 520 NW 36th St. in Ankeny, IA with visitation on Thursday, August 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. and the funeral service on Friday, August 24 at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel at 2:00 p.m.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Bellman Nelsen; parents, Glennda and Richard Nelsen; sisters, April (Jonathan Hansen) McAfee and Holly (Gary) Hermann; and a host of friends and extended family.
