Visitation: 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Dalton & Son Funeral Home in Lewisville.
He was born Dec. 19, 1936, to Clyde and Lela Wilkerson in Little Rock, Ark.
Survivors: His wife, Phyllis Wilkerson; sons, Bryan Edlin and Billy Paul Edlin; daughter, Ronda Mason and her husband, Mike; grandchildren, Taylor, Logan, Zachary, Brooke, Shelby and Nadia; great-grandchild, Tres; and niece, Stacey Wallace.

Bobby was a good man. I spent many an hour listening to his stories. I am very sorry that he is gone.

I am terribly sorry for the loss and for the family's loss of this man. Bobby was an inspiration to me and I will miss him terribly. My love goes to the family as well as my prayers. I love you guys.
