Clarence Nelson Obituary

The Rev. Clarence Nelson, 71, passed away on Monday, Sept. 28, 2015. Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Bible Way Community Baptist Church, Irving 75062. Wake: 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. Friday at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Survivors: He leaves to cherish his memories, wife of 49 years, Bertha Nelson; children, Rovyn Michelle King, Clarence Nelson II, Shana Tamia Taylor; grandchildren, Lafayette Bruner, Bryant Smith Jr., Darius Smith, Marica Nelson, Gregory Taylor III; great-grandchildren, Brycen Smith, Anyssa Smith; siblings, Maedella Stiger, Ray Nelson, Vivian Asberry; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

To The Nelson Family,

We are so very sorry for the loss of your love one. The most we will remember about Rev Nelson is Kindness , smile, honesty and his peppermint candy .He had so much passion for life. He will be sadly missed.
