He was my favorite uncle and I always enjoyed his visits to Mother and Dad's. Always in a good mood.
My thoughts are with you all. He will be sorely missed.

I am the daughter of Bill Kirkley who sold Wolfe Carpet Cleaners to Mr, Hickman. I now live in Florida but saw the obituary on the internet. My deepest sympathy to the family, he was a very dear and sweet man.

Howard was my uncle. I remember him as always seeming to be happy - and he always had a joke. And he loved to tease. I'll never forget his laugh/giggle! It was unique. Aunt Bess, Paul & Steve, I know you are going to miss him.
