October 9, 1967 - March 26, 2023
Ft. Worth, Texas - It is with great sadness that the Billings family announces the death Kevin Eugene Billings. He passed on March 26th at 55 years of age surrounded by his wife, Keri, and his son, Austin. Kevin was born and raised in Topeka, KS. He graduated from Washburn Rural HS, he was enlisted in the US Navy Reserves and spent many years working as a drafter. Kevin had a positive, loving impact on everyone he encountered. Kevin is survived by Keri, his beloved wife, his two sons and two daughters, his brother, his sister, and father. Services will be on Monday April 3rd 10:30am at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fort Worth, TX. Additionally, a memorial service will be held in Topeka KS at a future date.
