Happy Birthday!!

Since elementary we have celebrated the week of our birthdays Jan 31st - Feb 4th and this year was no different. I didn't have you there physically but, mentally and spiritually I felt you there. There were several songs that came on this week that I haven't heard since high school. That mad me laugh and cry. They also gave me comfort in knowing that I will see you again. "See you at the crossroads" and "This is for my homies". I pray everyday for strength and peace of mind for the Yarbough family.

Miss you " L "

I was just thinking of Larry more than usual today. As basketball season begins it's hard not to think of him. Larry is truly missed by all of us. I look for Larry daily around the gym, hoping to hear him getting on one of the kids. As I said before, Larry was a very special man. Yarboughs, I am sure you already know this, but he is not and will not be forgotten.

Dear Yarbough family,

I'm so sorry to hear this news. I remember Larry all the way from Sycamore Elementary, and playing in the neighborhood.

He always was making people laugh, and it's obvious how much he was loved and was a blessing to so many. He was a wonderful man, and I pray you can take comfort in knowing you will see him again one day!

I enjoyed working with Larry, he was such a fun person to be around.

I will really miss him, he is the same age as my twins son, Whonne and Shonne Beavers. He was really involved in sports and education of young people.

Dear Yarbough family...Larry was such a dear and kind friend and I was shocked and saddened by the news that he is no longer with us. I can only pray that we will all some day be with him in a joyous reunion. It is hard to find the right words to say, but Larry always had a kind word and a smile for me and I will never forget his love. Michelle

My sincere condolences to you and your family. May these words comfort you.

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

To the Audrey and the Yarbough Family

Although someone drifted

Slowly gently to sleep

And gave themselves up,

Into Heaven’s sweet keep,

Whatever your worry,

Or trouble or strife,

They’ll be there, as an Angel,

Within your heart, and life.

So may that Angel with wisdom,

From Heaven up above,

Surely fill and surround you,

With sweet, comforting love

We love you and you are always in our prayers.

My deepest condolences go out to your family in your time of loss. I like many of the other classmates and graduates of 1995 grew-up with Larry. I absolutely adored him and his incredible personality/sense of humor. He was such a positive person and much of this showed through the things he did and said. I have known him since grade school, and have such fond memories of him. I will always keep them with me. Please know that your family is in my prayers and you raised a great young man that will be missed terribly.
