My family lived down the street from Marilyn and Jerry, and Marilyn took care of my sister and I when we weren't in school. Words cannot express how lovely my memories of her are. She cared for us like we were her own with incredible kindness and patience. If I close my eyes, I can see myself right back at her kitchen table with a baloney and cheese sandwich in front of me. Or I'm right back in the sky blue Mercury as she took me to school. My favorite memory was when she made me a Dorothy costume (from the Wizard of Oz. I think it was Halloween.). It was such a cute little dress and apron she made, and she even found a little basket for me and braided my hair. Twenty-five years later, I still remember how excited I was to get to school and show off my costume.
Knowing Marilyn was truly a blessing. I will be forever grateful that I got to have her in my life.

There are so many blessings in life. There are so many memories that will remain forever. There were so many laughs throughout our years together. Out trips together were epic.
There are many blessings in life. Having you as my sister is truly one of those blessings. I love you.

Marilyn is one of the most wonderful angels put on this earth. Because of her, my son and daughter are the wonderful people on earth. Her smile was so contagious and her heart expanded to all who know her. Enjoy heaven my friend and keep an eye on us! Love always, Linda Williams
