October 5, 1943 - August 18, 2024
Fort Worth, Texas - Robert "Bob" L. McAfee, 80, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on Aug. 18, 2024.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29 at Greenwood Funeral Home in Memorial Suite B. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at New Beth Eden Missionary Baptist Church. Entombment: Greenwood Mausoleum.
Survivors: Wife of 63 years, Rosie; children, Rosalind Evans, Rondell McAfee, and Michael McAfee; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; three siblings; along with a multitude of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Rosie, this is Clyde Womack. Bob and I worked on several audits together during his career with us at PMM. He was an excellent auditor and a pleasure to work with. We also loved having him on our softball team! I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a great guy.

I have many fond memories of Bob. He was our company's CPA for many years. He was well educated in accounting procedures, especially non-profits, and was a pleasure to work with. my sincerest condolences to his family. RIP Bob.

Rosie, this is Terry Strange. I worked with Robert when he first joined Peat Marwick in Fort Worth. I have very fond memories of the two of you. He was a terrific guy and a joy to work with. I knew he would be a success and I am not surprised by his accomplishments after he left Peat Marwick. I am very sorry for your loss.
