Wayne Kemp Obituary

Wayne Monroe Kemp, 92, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013. Service: 10 a.m. Monday at Blessing Funeral Home. Burial: Mansfield Cemetery. Wayne was born Aug. 31, 1920, the son of Walter and Ruby Kemp. He married the love of his life, Ella Mae Blizzard, Nov. 10, 1945, and recently told her she was as pretty as the day he met her. After retirement, Wayne enjoyed many hobbies. He loved the Lord and his family and his many friends. He was a charter member of the Fort Worth Scottish Rite and a 50-year member of the Mansfield Masonic Lodge. Survivors: Wife of 67 years, Ella Mae Kemp; son, Bill Kemp and wife, Joanna; daughter, Janice Hibbs and husband, Jerry; granddaughter, Lisa Starks and husband, Eric; great-grandchildren, E.J. and Tavian Starks; and grandson, Darren Payne.
