To Ms. Seff's many friends, family and especially Helen,
I am truly sorry for our loss. Alyce was a very unique and kind Lady. Although I only met her a year ago, she made me feel as though we were were life-long friends and we developed a special bond. I cherish the time we did have as friends and will never forget her or her many interesting stories.

The funny thing is, I never met Alyce. I only spoke with her on the phone when she called into our law office (Musser, Long & Harris). She was always cordial and would ask me, "How are you dear?" I was shocked to learn of her death when I walked into our office last week. She will truly be missed. May GOD bless her, her family and her friends.

When I heard about Miss Seff and the incident I broke down and cried. Oh Miss Seff was always so kind to me. I rented from her for a few years before buying a home. You are so missed and I feel so blessed to have known you. Peace my friend.

I lived at 700 Sheridan Ave from 1990-1997 and she was the sweetest, kindest woamn. I saw her periodically throughout the years and she always smiled, chatted, and told me how much she loved my father and we loved her to. My heart skipped a beat when I found out. To her family she will be missed by Charles and Charlsia immensly and had I found out about the funeral before now I would have paid my respects. Please accept my heart-felt expression of condolences and smypathy to all who knew and loved her. She will BE TRULY MISSED! I love U, Mrs. Seff, Charli!

Many hours of conversation and laughs-you gave praised me constantly on my art form-giving me the drive to follow my passions in life-you always told me you were thankful for another day of life...and your favorite phrase i adopted...."WHAT CHA GONNA DO MR. PARSONS"...you will be sadly missed in our passings at the thrift stores and sitting on your stoop on High Street...i loved the wigs...the uniform...the stories...bye bye my friend Alyce.
