Anna Louise Damiano

Damiano Anna Louise Damiano, age 92, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully in her home Saturday, April 4, 2015. Anna is survived by her husband, Marco Damiano of West Palm Beach; her children, Catherine Korting, Marc Damiano, Linda Pennington, Judy Sayers, and Lora Lynn of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Lena Maturo of West Palm Beach; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Anna was born on June 16, 1922 in Columbus, Ohio. She moved to New York City, New York where she met and married Marco. As their family began to grow, the couple returned to Anna's home in Columbus. After semi-retirement they moved to West Palm Beach. Anna was a dedicated member of St. Luke's Catholic Church and was an active member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary. She loved spending time with her family, enjoyed going to movies, and had a wonderful and kind smile. Her children remember her as a patient, loving mother and a generous individual who loved God.
