Anna E. Monte

Monte (McGrattan) Anna E. Monte, age 74, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at her residence. Trained as a registered radiographer, Anna later became a teacher for St. Dominic's Grammar School for Girls in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Anna was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church where she served as a Lector for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Ellen (Boyle) McGrattan, brother Thomas McGrattan, and infant sister Mariaelana. She is survived by her dear husband, Kenneth Monte; brothers, Gerard and Peter McGrattan; numerous nephews and one niece. A Mass honoring her memory will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2016, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 6899 Smoky Row Road, Columbus 43235. Arrangements entrusted with JOHN QUINT TREBONI, 1177 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name preferred to St. Peter Parish.
