Anthony Joseph Flesch

FLESCH Anthony Joseph Flesch (Filichia), age 83, of Columbus. Known by friends and business associates as "Bud" or "Uncle Bud". Preceded in death by loving wife Vivian Bruno Flesch, son Stephen Flesch, parents Gus and Marie Eva Flesch (Filichia). Bud was survived by his sons, Tony Flesch of Irving, Texas, Dave (Kimberly) Flesch of Dauphin Island, Alabama, and Mark Flesch and Jesse of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason Flesch of Brokwn Arrow, Okalahoma and Jennifer (Harry) Flesch-Brown of Broken Arrow, Okalahoma; sister, Joanne (Charles) Hammond of Sebring, Florida; numerous nieces and nephews; his extended family at The Macaluso Fruit Company and Jim Hall. Bud was born and raised in Columbus. Bud graduated from Holy Rosary High School in Columbus and served in World War II in the 389th Field Artillery Medical Detachment. Bud spent over 55 years in the wholesale produce business, with 30 years of that in Marion, Ohio, in the family wholesale produce business and grocery business. A member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. The family would like to thank his caregivers at home, Trish and Churiah, and all the caregivers at Mt. Carmel East Hospital.
