Bernard Lloyd Obituary

LLOYD Bernard P. "Ace" Lloyd, age 77, died suddenly at his home on Sunday, March 20, 2005. He was retired from Swift & Co., and The Kroger Meat Plant. Ace was a Korean Veteran having served 2 years active duty and 24 years in the reserves. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 57 years, Martha Herriott Lloyd; his children, Paul (Terri), Brian (Heather), and Laura (Chris) Billingham; The beloved grandpa to Sean Lloyd, Brandon, Brittany, and Blake Lloyd and Samantha and Natalie Billingham. Survived by 2 sisters, Annabell Schlosser and Genevieve Stotts. Preceded in death by parents 3 brothers and 3 sisters. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church where he leaves many friends. Ace will be a "special memory" in the neighborhood where he has lived for 42 years. If you wish, in lieu of flowers please send contributions to the Disabled American Veterans at P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301 in his memory. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 5-7 p.m., EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 4171 E. Livingston Ave., where service will be Wednesday 7 p.m. Rev. John Wallace officiating.
