Carmen Cligrow

CLIGROW Carmen Cligrow, 82, of London, died Sunday in her residence. Born June 10, 1927 in Madison County, she was a daughter of Edgar E. and Ivy (Smith) Myers. Before retiring in 2009, Carmen worked as a receptionist at Mt. Carmel Hospital and was also a house mother at the Mt. Carmel School of Nursing. Survived by her children, Kimberly Adelsberger and Kim's children, Ashley and Alexandra Adelsberger; Katherine and Jeff Brinkman, all of London; brother, Edson and Martha Myers of Mt. Sterling; sister, Susi and Bob Kennedy of West Jefferson; Rodney and Karen Bennett of London and several nieces and nephews. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. John's Lutheran Church, 380 Keny Blvd., London with Pastor Steve Smithberger officiating. Mrs. Cligrow will lie in state one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Paint Memorial Cemetery, London. Friends may call at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London, Ohio 43140 from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday.
