Dear Dolly and family. I was saddend by Chuck's death. I have wondered about you, Mel and I were to visit you in Punta Gorda several years ago. My brother Don Carl and he were good friends. I thought he was a special. My sympathy to you and yours. Juanita(Taylor) Herb.

Uncle Chuck, who would not have loved him? He was kind, quiet, smart, just a real pleasure to be around. Cathy and I would fight over his lap when we were little. Loved the way he would give me the "thumbs-up" when he was tickled. We will miss him.

Uncle Chuck was always a gentleman. Very thoughtful with kind words of encouragement for me. I will always remember his chuckle and wink when he heard a good joke. He was a wonderful man with a positive outlook and is missed.
