BATTLE Daisy Bell Green Battle, age 74, died on Monday, September 12, 2005 at her residence. Predeceased by husband Andrew Battle, Sr. and parents Napoleon "Pete" and Pearl Allen Green. Survived by loving children, Mary Harris, Vicky Battle Burden, Angela Battle, Andrew (Diane) Battle, Jr., Jerome Battle, Clifford Battle, James "Freddie" Battle, Napoleon Battle, Dewayne (Toni) Battle, Bryan Battle, and Larry Battle; sisters, Lilly (Murphy) Terrell, Mary (James) Smith, both of Columbus, and Matilda "Sue" (George) Mitchell of Charleston, WV; uncle, Homer S. (Mable) Allen of Charleston, WV; 31 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Discourse 1 p.m., Friday, September 16, 2005 at J. MARTIN SMITH MORTUARY, 1173 E. Hudson St. 447-9383. Family will receive friends from 12 noon until time of service. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
