Daisy Kammerling Obituary

Kammerling Daisy Florence Kammerling, age 93, entered this life on September 22, 1923 and ascended to the next on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Grant Medical Center. Retired from Ohio Department of Health. Veteran World War II US Army. Member of Women's Army Corps Veterans Association Chapter 3. Preceded in death by husband Lewis "Tootie" Kammerling, parents Edgar and Flora Brown, three sisters and two brothers. Survived by daughter, caregiver and best friend, Rita Kammerling; sister, Susie (Jim) Mathias; brother, Bill (Barb) Brown; daughter, Debbie (Dave) Tanner; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service Monday 1 p.m., EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 4171 E. Livingston Ave., where friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service. Rev. P.K. Fowler officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Ronald McDonald House. www.evansfuneralhome.net
