Danette S. Craig

CRAIG Danette S. "Dani" (Ross) Craig, age 59, of Ashville, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2009, the result of a motorcycle accident. She was born May 5, 1950 in Columbus, Oh., daughter of the late Charles R. and Mary Jane (Mehler) Ross. Dani graduated from Teays Valley High School, Class of 1968. She was a homemaker and had worked at KMART Pharmacy in Grove City. Dani was joined in death by her husband Stanley A. Craig. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Charles D. Ross. She is survived by daughters, Kim (Rick) Craig of Darbydale, and Donna (Dayne) Ryan of Pa.; step-sons, Shane (Tracy) Craig of South Bloomfield and Spencer (Christina) Craig of Mt. Sterling; brother, Mike (Kendra) Ross of Ashville; sisters, Peggy Davie of Ashville and Beverly (Mike) Pierce of Circleville; grandchildren, Cynthia, Shane and Christina Craig, Shade Craig, and Samantha and Alli Ryan; numerous nieces and nephews; her dog, Lady Bug. The Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Friday, August 28, 2009 at the Village Chapel United Methodist Church, 30 Circleville Ave., Ashville, Oh. ( intersection of Circleville Ave. and East Main St.), where service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 2009. The Rev. Aaron Brown will officiate. Burial will follow in the Harrison Twp. Cemetery, So. Bloomfield. In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be made to the Pickaway Co. Humane Society, PO Box 13263, Circleville, Oh. 43113.
