Debra J. Stump, 60, passed away on October 22, 2017. She was born on November 23, 1956. She was preceded in death by her father John Leo Chapman, brother Jerry Michael Chapman. Surviving family includes husband, Mark; mother, Shelby Jean McCoy; children, Chris (Mary) Robbins; siblings, Sharon Kay Chapman, Richard Lee Chapman; grandchildren, Ethan Christopher Robbins, Preston Scott Robbins; multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 4-8pm Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A funeral service will be held at 10am Friday, October 27, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Grove City Cemetery.
