Douglas E. Clem

Clem Douglas E. Clem, 65, of Ashville, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital Columbus. He was born on December 13, 1949 in Logansport, Indiana to the late Gerald F. and Wanda M. (Nogle) Clem. He retired from Wasserstrom in Columbus after 30 plus years. Doug enjoyed remodeling and building as well as woodworking. He was a graduate of Lewis Cass High School in Indiana and was a former member of the Ashville Community Men's Club. Preceded in death by parents and brother Gerald. He is survived by his children, Casey (Cheri) Clem and Jeremy Clem, all of Delaware, OH; daughters, Cortney (Beau) Ramey of Ashville and Taran Clem of Columbus; grandchildren, Colton, Lennon, Shaelynn, Aniah, and Neleah. Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 13 from 3-6 p.m. at the OLIVER-CHEEK FUNERAL HOME, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, Ohio with a Celebration of Life Service following at 7 p.m. Graveside Service at McNeeley Cemetery in Cass County, Indiana at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2015.
