To my grandfather, the man that did everything for me. The circus, that fair, and just your time are the memories i share with my children now. We love you and will miss you. I am so glad you had time with your great grandchildren and they will miss you also. I have read everything each one of his friends have written and i will add that he was also the best grandfather anyone could have ever had in there lives! I LOVE YOU.

I was one of CDR Koehler's crewmen in HU-691, HU-733, and HS-733. He was one of the finest helo pilots that I have ever flown with, and a great "Skipper". I'm sure St. Peter will welcome him the same way as he used to say as you were hoisted into his helo, "Hello Dere".

I was privilaged to be one of Frank's many friends. He was a super helo pilot and engineer. I hope his grandchildren especially will serve and love his country as well and as proud as he did. Fair winds and a following sea, Frank. Your buddy, Ed
