Georgia Mae Moore Lilly

Lilly (Cokley) Georgia Mae Moore Lilly (Cokley), 96, was born in Brierfield, Alabama on February 23, 1919. Georgia has resided in Westerville, OH since 2000. She passed away peacefully early Thursday morning, July 23, 2015, at St. Ann's Hospital. Georgia was preceded in death by her parents George Wesley and Ada Moore, her husband Coleman Lilly (Cokley), siblings George Wesley Moore, Ada Moore Craig, Ruth Cook, Lucille Smith, Carrie Thomas, Lizzie Lilly, Christian Rice, Douglas Moore, and Cassie Moore. Georgia is survived by her loving daughter, Emma Lilly Henderson (the late Herbert W. Henderson, III, M.D.); grandsons, who affectionately called her Madea, Herbert W. Henderson, IV (C. Denese), Coleman DeWayne Henderson (Elizabeth); great grandchildren, Juanita Louise Henderson, Johnathan DeWayne Henderson, Herbert Wynleux Henderson, IV (Candace), Cynetha Nycole Henderson; great-great grandchildren, Leila N. Henderson, Jacob D. Henderson, and Keilynn A. Henderson. Celebration of Life 12Noon Friday, July 31, 2015 at Faith Ministries Church, 2747 Agler Rd., where her family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the start of service. Rev. Verlin Samples, officiating. Interment in Bibb County, Alabama.
