Harry Halliday Obituary

HALLIDAY Harry D. Halliday, 76, was received into the gates of eternal life on Wednesday, December 23, 2009. He will be greeted by his father John Halliday. Harry is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Janet (nee Priest) Halliday; his mother, Ruth (nee McFann) Halliday; his children, John (Ann) Halliday of Howard, Ohio, Steve (Jennifer) Halliday and Paula Hauer, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Heather (Mike) Clary, Courtney (Kurtis) West, Lucas and Mackenzie Halliday, Kaleigh and Jordan Hauer; and great-grandchildren, Austin and Jacob Clary. The family would like to express their gratitude to Acclaim Hospice and Franklin Woods Nursing Home. Friends may call on Monday, December 28, 2009 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, December 29, at 10 a.m., all at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME SW CHAPEL, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Interment immediately following service in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Messages for the family may be left at www.NewcomerColumbus.com.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. My name is Jessica I was Harry's bartender at his neighbor friendly bar Rosie's Tavern Harry and I spent some memories together three of his friends would also come in for a few hours in the morning and I called them my grumpier old men....lol we had good times with Harry he will sadly be missed I will miss you Harry!!!
