Mother Hymes:
May God Bless You at this hour. We know that He is able to keep us and that He will never leave us. You have my prayers and my love. We loved Pas. Hymes but God loved him more. Yes! he fought a good fight, finished his course and he kept the faith. He said Lord I"m ready. Yes I truly will misss him but we all know that he is in a much better place. Now we must keep doing the work of The Lord so that we will see Pas. Hymes once again. My prayers are with you. In the name of Jesus, may you be Blessed.

To the Hymes family:
I was so very fortunate to have met and worked with Major earlier this year at North Central. He was a very kind man with a heart of gold. He treated me graciously and always greeted me with a big smile. He was dedicated to helping others in need. I witnessed this day after day. I'm going to miss him, but will remember him fondly.

TO MY SISTER, MINISTER HYMES AND FAMILY,
ANOTHER GREAT MAN HAS GONE ON TO BE WITH THE LORD. I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH HE HAS TAUGHT ME IN MINISTRY. HIS CARING, STABILITY, LOVING NATURE, AND FOCUS TO BRING SOULS INTO THE KINGDOM WILL FOREVER GUIDE MY STEPS.
HE WILL BE MISSED BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN. JUST LIKE PASTOR CALDWELL, HE IS DESERVING OF A KING'S GOING HOME CELEBRATION.
DEAR MIN. HYMES, MY TEARS CAN NOT EXPRESS WHAT YOU ARE FEELING NOW. YOU BOTH HAVE BEEN FAITHFUL SOLDIERS IN GOD'S ARMY. I KNOW YOU WILL FIND COMFORT AND STRENGTH DURING THIS TIME.
I SALUTE AND HONOR THIS GREAT MAN OF GOD. HE WILL FOREVER BE AN INSPIRATION IN MY LIFE.
SERVANT OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, LINDA (WILLIAMS) HAMPTON

Mom,
As the Lord promised "your latter shall be greater than your past". Mr. Hymes was the one promised and your joy with him was full. We all hope to experience that type of love with a mate. Hold on to Jesus, remember the good times, smile often, Praise Him and continue the work of the ministry. You'll see Mr. Hymes again. GREAT IS HIS FAITHFULNESS. Praying for you always "Momma Love".

May the Lord bless and watch over you during this time of bereavement. Be mindful that your father's work here was done. He was surely chosen to continue his good work on God's Heavenly team! Tears are sometimes an inappropriate response to death. Because when a life has been lived completely honestly, completely successfully, or even just completely, the correct response to death's perfect punctuation mark is a smile to acknowledge a 'job well done'.

Dear Sis Mable:
My heart goes out to you today in the loss of your dear husband. I will always remember your wedding day, I had never seen you giggle like that all day. God gave "Honey" to you but HE needs him now. God will take care of you. You are in my prayers and if there is anything I can do to help you, just call. I love you.
