Janie L. Hanf, age 59, of Columbus, OH, passed away December 9, 2018. An avid Buckeye Fan. Survived by Richard Eppich; children, Jennifer Hanf (Eugene Robar), William F. (Katrina) Hanf and Angel Eppich (Jason Little); grandchildren, Haylie Walker, Dominic Robar, William Hanf, III and Chase Little; 5 step-grandchildren; sister, Kathy (Donald) Kubik; nieces and nephews, Shawn, Josh, Todd, Apryl and Brad. Preceded in death by her parents Delores and Gilbert VanSickle, sister Sheree and brother Larry. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Monday 6-8 p.m., where service will be held Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. Interment Obetz Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family at Moreland Funeral Home.

The main thing that i always think about when i think about funny janie moments as a kid was when jenni had about 10 of is girls over 4 a sleepover and we were watchin a movie , talkin carring on and 4 some reason there was a door off its hindges in the red room were we all were and janie kept knocking on the door tellin Jennifer to answer the door!!!! Jennifer Lynn answer the door! Lol Tooo funny... Of course jenni jus wanted her mom to let us girls be but janie had hang out with us! That was jus her! She always LOVED having fun and hangin out with her girls! I'll miss her... But she definitely left an imprint on my heart that I'll 4ever cherish! ❤Kaya

Janie was always so welcoming to me when I came to this family. I enjoyed all our conversations about teaching and family. She will be sadly missed.

I'm going to miss you, ill never forget getting up in the mornings when we would have our campout all weekend parties, you would be out there roasted hotdogs at 7 am. You never forgot your hotdogs. And yelling Kimmy thru the yard when you were looking for me. Now you can roast all the hotdogs you want. Love you.

"Sweet Jane", I will always remember our days of playing frisbee in the park with your dog, I think his name was Buster, riding around not doing anything in particular, just being goofy teenagers. May you rest in the arms of our Lord! Many prayers for blessings on all those who know, love & are missing you. :(
