Some of my best memories of Kathy are us calling each other and having her say "we need to catch up." And so we did, with usually lunch at the Loaf and Jug. Sometimes one of the girls would join us and that would make it even more fun. Kathy knew my girls so well and always knew just what to ask or say. Our Christmas times together made us families and the many family events that we shared over the years were priceless. I would have to say that Kathy added the finishing touches to many of those events that just made them perfect. As I look around my house this year at Christmas time, I cherish the many things that Kathy made over the years for me. In fact, I've almost deleted all the other things so that I can showcase and focus on my dear friend who I continue to miss so much every day. How could I have taken her for granted? Love to you all and just know that I hold you all close in my heart every day.
