Kelly Andrews Obituary

ANDREWS Kelly (Kirkpatrick) Andrews, age 42, passed gently away July 22, 2006 at Kobacker House, surrounded by her family and closest friends. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Duane; parents, David and Dana Kirkpatrick; sisters, Kim Robinson and Karla Graves (Raymond Graves); nieces, nephews; and grandmother, Lucy Pezzutti. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m., NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 4476 N. High Street, (2 blocks north of Henderson Rd.) 268-8811. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday July 25, 2006 at 10 a.m., Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 414 E. N. Broadway. Interment Union Cemetery. In light of Kelly's love of children, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions in Kelly's name may be made to Columbus Children's Hospital Cancer Center.

Kelly-- You are an inspiration to all of us for your fight against this disease. We had alot of good times together at Ohio State rowing and many years later. I wish I could have been with you, Duane and your family at the end so that I could have helped in some small way. My sincerest condolences!

To everyone who was privileged to have spent time with Kelly during her last days, I want to express my deepest gratitude and sympathy for all you did and continue to do. Duane, you were a rock - a beautiful example of caring and love. Mom and Dad - you have never been braver or more giving. Karla - you continue to make me so proud to be your sister. And Jack, Rose, Mel, Jo Ann - you were all just wonderful. Thank you very much. I will miss Kelly more than I can say, but having you all around has made this difficult time a much more bearable experience and one I will never forget. Thanks also must go to the incredible staff at Kobacker House. Your kind attention to Kelly and to the rest of our family was very greatly appreciated.
