Dear Dempsey family, we cannot express our sadness upon hearing of Mark's passing. I see him serving his famous fish at St. Mary's as if it was yesterday. ( Lent? Or maybe just a fundraiser) We are praying for all of you during this time. May God hold Mark in the palm of his hand until we all meet again. Kelly and Bill Moser and family.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Mark's passing. He became a friend from my group's many visits to the restaurant while on the road. What a kind, open and fun person he was to get to know, and always very welcoming to us. I'll miss seeing him tremendously, as visits to Dempsey's are the highlight of work trips to Columbus. All because of Mark.

Megan and Family, I'm so saddened to hear of Mark's passing. He meant a lot to many people here in Columbus and is leaving a huge gap where positive, funny, supportive, and just real good Irish-Catholic energy once stood. Always a welcoming smile, he was one of the community's "Greats"! I will miss not being able to see him at so many functions. I will see you at Dempsey's. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to support you and the family during this difficult time. Love and peace to each of you, as I know you will miss his wonderful sense of humor.

I'm so sorry Megan and family. Mark was the best. He always had a smile on his face and a tease ready. He's made a positive impact on people here in Columbus, always a memorable interaction, and a huge promoter of the city itself. I will miss not being able to see him. My condolences. I will see you in Dempsey's. Please let me know how I can help. Love and prayers.
