Mirche Tanas Traikoff

Traikoff Mirche Tanas Traikoff, age 95, went home to be with the Lord on May 22, 2015. Mirche was born in Capari, Macedonia and came to the United States through Ellis Island in 1936 as a 16 year old. He spent 29 years in the restaurant business and was either a proprietor or partner in Boston Grills and Apollo Restaurant. Mirche retired from the F&R Lazarus Department Stores. He was a father, grandfather, great grandfather and husband who loved his family and will be greatly missed. Surviving him are his son, Jordan (Sofia); daughter, Donna Clauder; grandchildren, Rebecca Douglas, Deborah Howard, Matthew Traikoff, Zachary Clauder, and Michael Clauder; great grandsons, Ryan and Noah Douglas; as well as brother and sister-in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 70 years Helen who passed in 2009, parents Tanas and Vasilka Traikoff and brother Dimitar.
