Chuck was on kidney dialysis for over two years before he died of complications of diabetes on November 14th, 2016. Chuck is survived by his son, Peter and daughter Kelly, both of Puyallup, brother Jay and sister-in-law Katherine of Bellevue, WA, sister Nancy Albrecht of Minneapolis, nieces Libby and Ana, and nephews Dan and Scott.
