Patrick J. Barlow, age 85, of Reynoldsburg, passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2021. His family will receive friends Tuesday, April 6, from 10-11am at COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 E. Pat was probably the easiest guy to talk to when I first got hired on the Whitehall police department April 20, 1981. He made me feel comfortable it was always the first one to complement you when you did a good job. Rest in peace my friend.

I ws a new officer in CPD-Vice in the mid-70's. Several investigations led us into Whitehall. I new no Whitehall officer at that time. Met Pat who was instramental in our assistance. Due to his assistance, we successfully completeted those investigations resulting in positive procesutions.
