Pat was probably the easiest guy to talk to when I first got hired on the Whitehall police department April 20, 1981. He made me feel comfortable it was always the first one to complement you when you did a good job. Rest in peace my friend.

I ws a new officer in CPD-Vice in the mid-70's. Several investigations led us into Whitehall. I new no Whitehall officer at that time. Met Pat who was instramental in our assistance. Due to his assistance, we successfully completeted those investigations resulting in positive procesutions.
