To Rusty, Lori and family: It's with a heavy heart that I write this, only because I know how much you all will miss her! Phyllis was a wonderful Christian woman, I know she is happy to be with the Lord and her beloved husband Larry. I was in this family by marriage, where I became introduced to Phyllis, she was always a loving, caring, beautiful soul and was extremely nice to me. It is with fond memories, that I will remember her!! Love to all ❤
