Rodney A. "Hoby" Sims

SIMS Rodney A. "Hoby" Sims, 49, of Columbus, loving husband and best friend, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, surrounded by his loving family. Hoby was born to the late Roger and Helen (Snoddy) Sims in Columbus, OH on December 10, 1959. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Stewart) Sims; brothers, Randy (Debbie), Todd (Mendi) and David (Michaelene) Sims; sister-in-law, Elaine Pope; brother-in-law, Jimmy Stewart; nephews, Randy (Carrie), Joel, Dylan, Dalton; great- niece, Kiera; best friends, Chris and Laura Billingham. Hoby is also survived by his wife's children Tamela Spears and Timothy Spears and their children Christopher, Wyatt, Cheyenne, Kayla, Timmy, Madison and Lilly. Hoby worked for Haslett Heating and Cooling for 22 years and will be missed by all his friends and co-workers. He was a member of the Linden Eagles and the Harley Owners Group (HOG).
