Im Josh Leary and I'm the son of Frank Leary, who is the 7th of 7 children in the Leary family. I'm only 13 but those 13 years with my grandpa(PAPA)were a great 13 years. Everyone in the Leary Family are gonna miss him because he was the heart and soul of the Leary Family. He served in the Navy and was on the USS Columbus. On behalf of the Leary Family, Thank's to Everyone who showed up to the funeral and showings. It showed how many friends he had and how many people who cared for him.
Thank's

Dear Helen and Family,
Having lost my mother-in-law and my father in the past month, I too share your grief on one hand but rejoice that I had the privilege of being Roy's good friend for nearly thirty years. Those wonderful memories will never fade.
Roy loyally served the College of Dentistry and the University for an exceptionally long time, and what really impressed me about his work was that he was able to quickly transition from being comfortable with a written ledger to being a computer whiz.
Roy was a very caring person who always took the time to discuss any questions to be sure that he was accurate. No matter who will sit at his desk from now on, it will never be the same. We'll all miss him dearly, but I suspect that he and Al Hall are having a nice reunion.

I just want to say that Dad was a remarkable man. He would give the shirt off of his back if needed. This came as shock to all of us and he truely is missed. There won't be a day to go by without him in our thoughts. Thanks Dad for a lifetime of LOVE! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!! We love you!

Brian and Sharon have been dear friends of ours for more than 20 years. Our thoughts are with you during this sad occasion. Your dad was a pleasant soul, I didn’t get to spend much time with him, but each time I met him I left with a happy heart. I’m sure he is already visiting old friends and relatives and I’ll bet he’s got a round of golf in with Scott already!

Many people at the College of Dentistry are very saddened by this news. I worked with Roy for over twenty years at the College of Dentistry. He was always excellent at his job and very caring about all the individuals that he came in contact with. He will be greatly missed.

It was with great shock and sadness that I learned of Roy's passing over the weekend. He has been at the College of Dentistry since I started in 1977. What a good- natured personality he had! We will miss his smiling face!

We are very sadden at the passing of such a wonderful man. Although we only met Roy a few times we know him well through his son, Frank. Frank’s loving/giving nature certainly reflects his Father character. We are very blessed to be a part of this devoted family.
