I own the Clintonville Barber Shop a few doors down from Ryan's tattoo shop. He was a good, kind hearted man, I just feel so very sad to see him gone. My heart and prayers are with his family, Julie, and his friends. I lost my cousin, Chris, in the same manner, less than a year ago.

So many memeories of my high school years are intertwined with Ryan. The trips to Pittsburgh in the red chevette. He once tried to teach me to skate, I fell & busted my lip. Ryan took me home & made me ramen noodles. Thats how Ryan was, always there to pick you up when you fell. I still have the chip on my tooth. My favorite memory has to be when Ryan was home from Columbus, he wanted to lay in the yard & look at the stars. Sounds strange coming from Ryan but he said "I never see stars in Columbus & I miss that." With Ryan you never knew what you were gonna get, but it was always so special. I haven't seen Ryan for a few years, but he is a big chapter from an era of my life. Thank you Ryan for the memories, I miss you. I'll think of you when I look at the stars. My saddened heart & prayers go to the family & friends.

I am so sorry for your loss. Ryan was a wonderful person and friend. I hadn't seen him in years but Ryan was kind enough to take me to my senior prom when he was a junior. Ryan befriended me in High School and I have many memories of eating lunch with him and his friends and driving him home after school. I will always remember him as a sweet, kind, intelligent guy who would give anyone the coat off his back. Rest In Peace Ryan and my prayers are with his family and friends.

I am deeply saddened to hear that Ryan has passed. My heart goes out to all of those who were close to him. He played such an important role to so many of us. I have millions of great memories with Ryan, and I am so sad to know I will never see him again. He is a huge part of my history, and will never be forgotten. My heart especially goes out to Ruth, Kent, and to Julie.
