Although I knew that Tom was gravely ill & had been in the hospital a long time, it was still a shock to hear of his death. Fortunately, all of our family had spent the week at the beach with my sister, Betty, and their 3 children - Kelly, husband Kevin & their 2 children, Drew & Garrett; Tracey, husband Jef & their baby Grant; and Tommy. We were all saddened to hear of Tom's death the last night we were there. We all felt blessed that they were all together to hear the news with us so they could console each other.
My deepest sympathies to the children and all of Tom's family.
Sincerely,
Miriam Broadfoot Hemby

I grew up with Tom in Bexley and at the Columbus Academy. Many great memories of our childhood, and then we saw him again when he lived at Trouville East in the 1980s. Condolences to his family, Sharon and Mary Louise.

I'm deeply saddened to read of Tommy's passing. Tom and I owned a couple of airplanes together in the early 80's, but the fondest memories were our golf games especially at Columbus Country Club. Tom was the consumate gentleman and he was well liked by all those around him.
