Tracy was a giant of a person in spirit, determination and good will housed in a fragile frame which beat the odds for many years. Her goodness and warmth affected everyone who came in contact with her, family, husband, doctors, friends, colleagues, students. Our prayers and condolences go out to her family in the US and her husband in Japan, grieving and bereft, and in shock at her passing (since we all hoped for--and expected--her recovery), united in their love for Tracy and the joy that she brought to their lives. The tears still come when we think of her, but there is comfort in the fact that she struggled and won 40 years and now need struggle no longer for each day of breath, but is at peace.

I didn't know Tracy personally, but I heard so many good things about her. I am sure that she will surely be missed by her loved ones. My heart goes out to all of you.

Tracy was a beautiful person, full of kindess and generosity. I am sorry her time with us was cut short, she will be missed by many. My prayers go out to her family. May she rest in peace.

Tracy was a unique guest on this plane. She accepted life as it happened and she smiled at it. She delighted all of us whom she touched and she left us with the gifts of hope and peace. She will be with us as we walk through our days better for having known Tracy!
Love to all of her family! She loved you.

Tracey was a beautiful soul, who touched many lives. Words cannot express the feelings of loss, but I believe that she is in a better place, and she can be free from her life struggles now. My prayers go with her, and with you, her family who are left behind.
