Virginia Blackburn Obituary
1944 - 2021
Virginia Lee Blackburn "Ginny", age 76, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Dorothy Short, brothers Earl and Harold Frederick Short. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Bob Blackburn; son, Mike (55); daughter, Pam (53); grandchildren, Ryan (32), Justin (32), Kristan (29), Casey (28), and Kylie (24); great-granddaughter, Dallas "DJ" (5 months). She is also survive by nieces, Lucinda "Cindy" (Benny) Muncy and Drenda (Tracy) Stump; sister-in-law, Betty Short-Elech; close friend, Sandy Golden; along with many other great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 11AM-1PM. Funeral Services will be private for the family. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery.
