The very last memory that I have of both "Brother Bill" and my Dad was on March 17, 2000 at OSU Hospital. Dad, also named Bill, was unconscience and dying. Dr. Bowser sat down, opened the Holy Word of God, and said "Bill, let's read God's Word together." That was a most beautiful canvas that God painted that day. I remember well Pastor's time at St. Clair Ave. Baptist Church. Pastor will be forever missed. "I'll Meet You in the Morming."

Dear Dorthy and family,
I have so many memories to many to share but one of the most prescious memories was when Pastor Bowser would come to the hospital and pray with my DEAF MUTE mom and my mom would close her eyes and fold her hands in prayer and in a loud voice he must of thought she was hard of hearing, I'm sure they cpould hear him at the nurses station.
Another precious memory I have is When My deaf mute mom was dying, I asked Pastor Boweser if he would come andd give my mom communion and Pastor
Bowser said he would if my foster mom who was deaf uunderstood what Jesus did for us. My Daughter Tonya and Yolanda made a flanel graf of the birth, death and reserection of our Lord and Savior and that was the only time my mom had communion and my mom signed Jesus Loves me to pastor Bowser.
this was so amazing to me that Pastor Bowser would pray with my mom with eyes cclosed and he hands folded
and she NEVER heard a word he spoke.
The Holy Spirit spoke to my mom and I know I will see her in Heaven as well as Dr. Bowser and Dr. Bowser Discciple me at Linden/Karl Rd.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
