William Cutlip Obituary

CUTLIP William "Bill" Arthur Cutlip Sr. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Christ's Way Christian Church, Aiken. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ's Way Christian Church, 183 Old Wagener Rd, Aiken, SC 29801. Mr. Cutlip, 85, of Aiken, SC, died Monday, November 23, 2009 at his residence. Born in West Jefferson, OH, he was the son of the late B. F. and Lucille Gunn Cutlip. He lived in Johnstown, OH, Columbus, OH, and Tucson, AZ before moving to Aiken in 1996. He attended Christ's Way Christian Church. Bill liked to play the guitar, bingo, build things, golf, swim, camp. He served his country in the Army during World War II. Most of all Bill loved to spend time with his family. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister and two brothers. He is survived by his wife of sixty seven years, Marjorie Cady Cutlip; sons, William (Linda) Cutlip Jr., Rock Hill, SC, Todd (Debbie) Cutlip, Harlem, GA; daughter, Becky (Steve Allen) Aiken; brother-in-law, Richard Cady; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
