William Wilkins, 53, passed unexpectedly on March 8, 2018. Predeceased by mother Rebecca Wilkins, grandparents Bishop I.W. (Mother Lovie) Hamiter, and sister Evang. Christine Wilkins. Survived by children, William, II, Kristopher, Cylan, Jaylon, and Jaylah; mother of his children, Keisha Riggs; sisters, Kimula and Tosha Wilkins; aunt, Overseer, Olivia Hamiter; nieces, LaQuisha (Richard) Wright and Monisha (Marcus) McCoy; great nephew, Alexander James; many cousins, other relatives, and friends. Visitation 6 PM and Home-going 7 PM Friday, March 16, 2018 at Original Glorious Church of Christ, 2030 Joyce Ave. Arrangements entrusted to SMOOT FUNERAL SERVICES, 4019 E. May God bless Rayjean and the Wilkins Family. I am sorry for your loss, Billy was a humble, kind, nice and anointed man of God with gifted hands, it's because of Billy, that I'm playing and have been playing the conga drums at my church for years, Billy was truly a good friend, I will miss his calls and text messages, especially him letting me know that he has changed his number once again. Billy will be missed, but never forgotten, everyone that Bill met, he was never a stranger to. His humbleness, not only to God, but to Rayjean, his family and friends as well. Billy has left a great legacy behind, because he was one of a kind. Billy played for a lot of people here on earth, God gifted his hands, the day of his birth. Billy's work here on earth has been completed, God called him home, where he is needed. Rest my dear friend, until we see you again, when this world comes to an end. We will keep you in our prayers, because we are a family that cares Anita Peaks and Family
