Darrell Garrison Obituary

William Darrell Garrison 77, passed away at his home on Tuesday, February 14, 2017. He enjoyed hunting, was a truck driver for the logging industry, former member of the U.S. Army and MS. National Guard and he was a Baptist. He loved being with his grandchildren and enjoyed laughing and talking with his family and friends.

Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home, Thursday at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Gerald Gann and Bro. Thomas Loyd officiating with burial in the Kirkville Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Eloise Taylor Garrison of Mantachie; daughter, Lisa Garrison Loyd (Thomas) of Russellville, AL; grandchildren, Jon Loyd, Brittany Graham (Seth) and Ben Loyd; sisters, Billie Lindsey (Francis) of Baldwyn, Barbara Blaylock (Larry) of Saltillo; brother, Donnie Garrison (Linda) of Dumas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Claire Garrison.

Pallbearers will be Jon Loyd, Ben Loyd, Seth Graham, Max Miller, Rocky Lindsey and Ricky Lindsey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Chapman, Toby Kinder, Larry Self and Keith Berryman.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
