Sonia Davenport Obituary

Sonia Adeall Davenport, age 51, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023 at her residence in Mantachie. She was born October 23, 1971 to William Laray Donahue and Virginia Sue Jennings Donahue. She loved working in the yard, refurbishing furniture, and painting.

She is survived by her husband, James Davenport of Mantachie; two children, Monica Sanders (Andrew) of Unity and Blake Davenport (Kasey) of Belden; two brothers, Cameron Donahue (Lenora) and Carey Donahue; five grandchildren, Hollie Grace, Jensen, Knox, Mary Nellson, and William; and mother-in-law, Billie Keeton.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Earnest Donahue, and father-in-law, Charles Keeton.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Lee Memorial Funeral Home with Funeral Service following at 2:00 pm in the Chapel with Bro.Mike Sanders officiating. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Cody Black, Steven Franks, Larry Williams, Zak Whitfield, Nicky Rutledge, Alstin Rutledge, and Bradlee Kilgo. Honorary pallbearers will be Sam McGraw and David Turnage.
