Jeffery Brown Obituary
Jeffery Glen
Jeffrey Glen Brown, 62, passed away December 13, 2014. Born in Toledo, Ohio on January 14, 1952, to parents Dee Jay and Juanita Brown, he was a graduate of Rogers High School and Delaware State College. He was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and a faithful member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by father, Dee Jay Brown and son, Jeffrey Glen Brown II.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Marvine Brown; mother, Juanita Brown; daughters, Jhaila and Jenise Brown, Cherita Rayford; sisters, Judye (Terrence) Wright and Julie Brown; grandchildren, Li'Jenai, Lanye, Noah, Sofia and Lyric; special nephew, Jody Fisher and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services will be Saturday, 11:00 a.m. including Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity rites at 11:30 a.m., funeral services at 12:00 noon St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. James H. Willis Sr. officiant.

My Dear brother (n law) sorry it took some time for me to write something you left us so fast but God needed you more..... I know you are up in heaven running some things and doing what you do best helping people as they enter the pearly gates... I will always look out for the love of your life my sister.... I know you will continue to watch over us all ...Rest in Heaven you good and faithful servant you truly earned your wing.... See you on the other side.... To the Brown Family, My heart is sadden to hear of the passing of Jeff. As the Fitzgerald and Wordlaw grew up on Secor Road- you know each other. I'm sorry for your loss. Jeff was a great brother. I met Jeff when I worked at National City Bank and he was a customer. He always had an encouraging word for me and told me that he was proud to see young brothers doing good. Fast forward 20 years later, whenever I'd see Jeff he would echo those same encouraging words. You're going to be missed a lot my Brother. R.I.H.
