Mr. Stacy & Shelly:
I can honestly say that I have walked in your shoes and know the pain that you are feeling at this time. I can't tell you that it gets better with time because my wound is so fresh, that I don't forsee that happening anytime in the near future for my husband and myself. I can tell you to keep your faith strong because it is being tested right now. You won't get an answer when you ask "Why?" and believe me you will ask that many, many times. If you need to talk about it, do so don't hold it inside, the pain will eat at you until you feel as though you are going to explode. You are going to feel anger and you will feel anger at God but know that he understands this, forgives us and he grieves with us. Try to focus on the good times that you all shared together as a family, husband, father and sister. I have been told, God chooses the "special ones" to become angels first. You have a long road ahead of you and know that it is not going to be an easy one. I want you to know that you and your family are continuously in my thoughts and prayers.

i have one memory of bronson. the 3rd grade was on a field trip to gulf world and bronson was chosen by the dolphin trainers to help them out. they had him do several things but the funniest thing was when he thought he was going to have to feed the dolphins by putting a fish in his mouth. the look on his face was priceless. bless his heart, he was one of my son's classmates and friends. my son would always tell me stories about silly things bronson would do. i know he will be greatly missed. to his family, i am so very sorry for your loss. just know that many many people are praying for you all. god bless.

December 2, 2007

Siran, may all the fond memories of your love ones help you through this difficult time.

Remember Me

To the Living, I am gone,
To the sorrowful, I will never return;
To the angry, I was cheated.
But to the happy, I am at peace.
To the faithful, I have never left.
Talk to me, and I will hear,
your prayers, they comfort me,
your laughter makes me laugh,
but don't weep for me as I have my reward,
I am with the Father and will never let me perish,
The Lord comforts me, and longs to comfort you.
So be happy my family and don't despair,
I am in good hands, waiting for the day when
the Lord calls you to come home.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Bronson was a well rounded kind with a great personality. He always was thoughtful of others feelings. I remember Field Day last year and remember how much fun he had competing in Mrs. Ward's class. He helped pull his class to many victories throughout the day. He was very talented and will be missed greatly by the teachers and students here at Wicksburg.

My memories of Bronson include that "dynamic smile" he inherited from his Mom and Dad, "showing us his reading skills" with a novel, but most of all running out to open the gate as we approached the house with his Daddy in the car. Somehow that humble act of opening that gate personifies my memory of Bronson. I see Bronson being a humble and beautiful servant opening the gates of heaven for his Mommy and his siblings. I fell in love with this beautiful angel and will never forget him.

I have put this off for days because it is so hard to imagine our Bronson- your Bronson being gone. I had the great honor of teaching Bronson reading in the third grade. He was always positive and loved to have fun. Most of all though, Bronson loved to love people. It would always brighten my day to get a hug from Bronson because it was the genuine thing- a straight from the heart- I love you and care about you hug. Even when he moved to fourth grade those hugs kept coming. That was the kind of person Bronson was with everyone at school- genuine, loving, caring, and fun loving. He will be so greatly missed by all of his friends and teachers.
Our prayers are with you all during this time.
