Gina, Sue, Bill - while I never met your mom in person, I did speak to her on the phone several times. She was a always friendly and a little feisty (which was so much fun). I know you and all of her friends will miss her. My thoughts are with you.

Isabelle and I have been exchanging Christmas cards for the past 25-30 years. I always looked forward to her card. It gave me a smile. I remember her fondly from the days growing up in Concord. I will miss her. Keep your memories and she will never truly be gone. She will live in your hearts forever. Love. Joan Lee-Bridgman

Isabelle was like a second mother to me, growing up. She was always there with a warm heart and a firm hand...and a bar of soap, if we got a little too mouthy.

She was fair and strong and had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I have ever met. She was truly one of a kind and will never be forgotten.

She gave her all to her two loves. Her children and her work. She was always the first to help in an emergency and dedicated her life to the care and healing of others.

We were all privileged to know this magnificent woman.

To my other family, Bill, Gina and Sue, my love and fondest of memories of your (our) mom, Isabelle.

Tim (Ymmit) her pet name for me.

When I was a very young woman and wanted to be a nurse, I called Isabelle to get her advice. Needless to say, she led me in the right direction. After 39 years as a nurse, I remember her fondly and will always value her wisdom. She was such a wonderful example to follow.

Isabelle was a kind and caring nurse
and her professional standards were
exceptional, I knew her through work-
ing with California Nurses Association,
also as a delegate from Region Nine to
many ANA conventions. She will be greatly missed.

I only knew Mrs. Chenoweth through our conversations about the health care district, but she was always concerned about her duties in making sure the district was run properly. She was always sweet and kind when she asked questions and helping her was always something that I enjoyed doing. She will be missed.
